An intimate omakase chef’s table with only 8 seats, hidden within the historic walls of Naarden-Vesting (UNESCO), where Japanese craftsmanship meets the seasons and terroir of the Netherlands.

Guided by the Japanese philosophy of mottainai, every ingredient is honoured in its entirety.

Reservations

All reservations must be made through our online reservation system.

Unfortunately, reservations via social media or email are not possible.

Reservations can be made up to one month in advance.

Cancellation Policy

As a small restaurant with only eight seats, last-minute changes have a significant impact.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy:

Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the reservation will be fully refunded.
Cancellations within 72 hours will result in the retention of the €100 per person deposit.
Cancellations on the day of the reservation, or in case of no-show, will be charged for the full menu.

We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Chef Yama works alone and prepares a highly complex, carefully curated signature menu.

For this reason, he can only make very limited adjustments to dishes, and only if informed in advance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or fish-free menus.

A meat-free menu available upon request.

Party Size

Our restaurant offers eight seats and is designed for parties of up to four guests, in order to preserve the tranquility and intimacy of the Japanese omakase experience.

Reservations for one guest are available.

Private dining (8–10 guests) is available. Please contact us for availability and conditions. A 20% surcharge per menu applies for exclusive hire, as part of the deposit.
