At A5 DELI, you’ll find authentic, luxurious Japanese sushi and sashimi, using both fresh and dry-aged fish.

Everything is prepared with the quality, finesse, and care of Japanese master chef Yama and his team.

To-go, but at restaurant level.

“Omakase” means “I leave it up to you.” Japanese chef Yama selects the daily changing sushi or sashimi box.

Our sushi is pre-order only.
Orders can be placed until 12:00 PM on the pickup day, subject to availability. We often sell out early.
Available for pickup on Friday and Saturday between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Each day we create a limited number of up to 20 handcrafted boxes, made with care, precision, and deep respect for Japanese tradition.

Luxury Bento or Sushi Boxes for Exclusive Events

Each box is a carefully curated culinary experience: from bespoke menus and refined presentation to subtle details such as Japanese wooden chopsticks and soy sauce in glass pipettes.

In addition to our Signature Sushi Boxes, we also offer the Japanese A5 Bento Box: a bespoke box featuring multiple Japanese dishes, designed to impress and create memorable moments.

Chef Yama prepares each box with utmost precision, using only the highest quality ingredients.
