Cancellation Policy
As a small team with only 8 seats, last-minute changes have a significant impact.​

You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 2 days before your reservation.
We appreciate your understanding and support.
Party size
We welcome parties of up to 4 guests.
Why we limit to 4 guests per party
To ensure a serene environment where each guest feels personally engaged and part of the experience at our 8-seat Japanese Chef's Table, we limit reservations to a maximum of 4 guests. Larger groups often increase conversation levels and volume, which can affect the experience for others.

Dietary Preferences & Allergies
With only Chef Yama and Angela behind every plate, and a carefully crafted, complex menu, we are extremely limited in accommodating dietary modifications.
Kindly inform us of any allergies at the time of booking. Simple adjustments (eg, mild shellfish or nut intolerance) may be possible if noted well in advance. However, we are unable to accommodate complex dietary requirements.
Please note: we cannot offer fully vegetarian or vegan menus, as seafood is integral to our cuisine.

Parking
Parking within Naarden Fortress is free.
In nearby streets, a Blue Zone is in effect until 6:00 PM — parking is limited to 1 hour with a blue parking disc.
After 6:00 PM, parking is free and unrestricted (no blue disc required).
