The Japanese omakase is designed as an intimate experience for one or two guests.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate larger parties, in order to preserve the quality, balance, and essence of the Japanese omakase experience and due to the personal attention required from the chef.

Chef Yama works alone and prepares a highly complex, carefully curated signature menu.

For this reason, he can only make very limited adjustments to dishes, and only if informed in advance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or fish-free menus.

​

A meat-free menu may sometimes be available upon request.
