Bookings open on the first day of each month at 10:00 for the month that follows. Chef Yama established this method to give every guest an equal opportunity to secure a place at the chef's table.

All reservations are made exclusively through our online reservation system. A deposit is required to confirm your seats.

Experience Deposit per person

• A5 Deli – Omakase €30

• A5 Yama – Omakase €150

As a small team with only 8 seats, last-minute changes have a significant impact.

• Same-day cancellation (any time on the day of the reservation): 100% of the menu price will be charged, including the deposit.

• Cancellation on the day before the reservation (any time during the calendar day prior): Deposit will be forfeited; no additional charges.

• Cancellation earlier than 48 hours before the reservation time: No charge; deposit will be refunded.

We welcome parties of up to two guests.

Why we limit to 2 guests per party

To ensure a serene environment where each guest feels personally engaged and part of the experience at our 8-seat Japanese Chef's Table, we limit reservations to a maximum of 2 guests. Larger groups often increase conversation levels and volume, which can affect the experience for others.
