A5 YAMA – Omakase Experience
A5 YAMA serves a seasonal, fairytale-like omakase journey curated daily by Chef Yama & Angela. Expect dry-aged and fresh fish, A5 Wagyu, and rare ingredients, always guided by the rhythm of the season and local availability.

A5 DELI – Japanese Lunch
At A5 DELI, enjoy traditional Japanese teishoku lunch sets for dine-in: a full Japanese tray with tempura, sashimi, miso soup, white rice, and grilled teriyaki meats.
Our signature version includes sushi in place of rice, Chef Yama’s bluefin tuna tartare with caviar, and miso-glazed meats and A5 Wagyu bresaola.

A5 DELI – Premium Takeaway
Our takeaway menu features handcrafted sushi, sashimi, katsu sandos, and charcuterie-style boxes with both dry-aged and fresh fish and A5 Wagyu. Perfect for lunch on the go, a special dinner at home, or sharing moments.
